We will meet in the main hospital building on the first floor. It will be the Bush Renner Conference Center B. Go into the main entrance of the hospital, stay on the first floor, turn left towards the emergency room and go down a hallway. There will be signs posted for you to follow.
There are different directions if you enter through the emergency room entrance. Turn right and go down the first floor hallway a short distance. I will post signs from that entrance too. My cell phone is 214-477-7214 if you need help finding our location.

Program:
Our next meeting is Saturday, July 14, at 9:45am. Have you fallen or are you concerned about hurting yourself due to a fall? Learn how to determine your risk of falling and how to avoid falls during daily activities. Also learn about the “surprising connection” between hearing loss and the risk of falling and discover the most recent advances in fall prevention therapy and dealing with dizziness. Dr. Brad Stewart, an expert in the inner ear balance system and founder of DFW’s only Level III dizziness and fall prevention center, will present these topics. Dr. Stewart is the owner of ClearLife Hearing Care and a doctor of audiology.
You are welcome to join us for lunch or a cup of Starbucks coffee at the hospital bistro cafe after the meeting. It’s an opportunity to get to know each other better.
Our next healthy eating discussion is Thursday July 19 at 2:00 at Summer Lamons office. Her new office is located at 10000 N Central Expy, suite 400, Dallas TX, 75231. It’s the Black Milliman Bldg on the NE corner of Walnut Hill and 75. Let me know if you have questions for Summer Lamons.
Group meetings are a fun, relaxing way to learn new information about bone health and managing osteoporosis. And it’s interesting to meet others who are dealing with low bone density. You are welcome to forward our information to others.
Please keep our meeting fragrance free for the allergy sufferers among us.
The National Osteoporosis Foundation website, http://www.nof.org/, is kept up-dated and an excellent source of bone health information. The group website is http://www.dallasbonebuddies.org/
