Program:

Our next meeting is Saturday, March 11, at 9:45amWe will continue the discussion about Drug Therapy for Osteoporosis from the NOF Clinician’s Guidelines published in 2014.   Please bring any information that you have on osteoporosis drugs. I hope you can share your experiences taking osteoporosis drugs. Let us know how you keep track of your medications too.

You are welcome to join us for lunch or a cup of Starbucks coffee at the hospital bistro cafe after the meeting. It’s an opportunity to get to know each other better.

Our next healthy eating discussion is Thursday March 16 at 2:00 at Summer Lamons office. Her new office is located at 10000 N Central Expy, suite 400, Dallas TX, 75231. It’s the Black Milliman Bldg on the NE corner of Walnut Hill and 75.  Let me know if you have questions for Summer Lamons.

Group meetings are a fun, relaxing way to learn new information about bone health and managing osteoporosis.  And it’s interesting to meet others who are dealing with low bone density. You are welcome to forward our information to others.

Please keep our meeting fragrance free for the allergy sufferers among us.

The National Osteoporosis Foundation website, http://www.nof.org/, is kept up-dated and an excellent source of bone health information.  The group website is http://www.dallasbonebuddies.org/
